This three-level summer house is built in a beautiful seafront complex of semi-detached houses with private garden and parking spaces, the house is 125 sqm built in a plot of 400 sqm, offering beautiful views to the sea, located in Paliouri, really close to restaurants, beach bars, super markets, pharmacies, etc.

The garden of the complex rests on one of the most beautiful sandy beaches of Halkidiki!

On the ground floor guests have at their disposal the living room with a fireplace, a wc and the fully equipped kitchen with direct access to the garden – terrace and can enjoy the tranquility of the complex and the view of the sea.
Upstairs there is a master bedroom with a king-size bed, another bedroom and a large bathroom, both of the rooms have a balcony and sea views.
Going to the attic level, there is  an open space with a double bed and a full bathroom. All levels are  elegantly decorated.

In our accommodation priority is to ensure the health of you and our people. The house is then sealed and no one enters except the bookers. In the house you will find antiseptic masks and cleansers for your hygiene as well as some products (eg coffee, sugar, salt etc.)
